Eligibility language
Eligible purchase means a Shopify order that meets the published campaign conditions. Qualification is the documented decision that those conditions are satisfied. Pending means the program does not yet have the required final information.
Customer journey language
Notification is a message about program status or next steps. Delivery is the program-defined event that makes approved value available to the intended recipient. Support case is a recorded request requiring information or resolution.
Measurement language
Participation describes movement through a defined program stage. Redemption or use should follow the terminology and evidence available from the approved program. Incremental lift estimates change attributable behavior relative to a credible counterfactual.
